These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GetClass website and chauffeur and car-rental services ("Services"). GetClass Sdn Bhd (Company No. 985148-U), trading as "GetClass" ("GetClass", "we", "us", "our"), is a premium ground-transport provider operating in Malaysia. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide chauffeur-driven transfers and rentals, including airport transfers, hourly rentals, Genting Highlands transfers, and metered point-to-point ("Book a Car") journeys. Vehicles offered include the Toyota Vellfire and Toyota Camry, subject to availability.

2. Bookings

• Bookings must be made at least one (1) hour in advance, and pickup times are selected in five-minute intervals.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop-off, date, time, contact and flight details. We are not liable for delays or failed pickups caused by incorrect information.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Fixed-price services are charged at the rates displayed at the time of booking. "Book a Car" fares are calculated by distance, vehicle, surge periods and any add-ons, and are shown before payment.
• Tolls, parking and airport charges may apply and, where indicated, are added to or settled separately from the fare.
• Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
• Promotional or voucher codes are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Waiting Time & Additional Charges

Complimentary waiting time may apply (e.g. for airport meet-and-greet). Beyond the complimentary period, waiting charges, additional stops, route changes, extra hours, cleaning fees (for spills or damage) and overnight/hotel charges may apply and will be advised where possible.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Passenger Conduct

• The number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the vehicle's capacity.
• Smoking, illegal substances, and behaviour that endangers the driver or vehicle are prohibited.
• The chauffeur may refuse or terminate a journey where safety or the law is at risk, without refund.

7. Liability

We provide Services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

8. Personal Data

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
