• Booking details: your name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off locations, stops, date, time, passenger count and flight number.
• Payment information: processed by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and a transaction reference, but do not store your full card number.
• Technical data: basic device/usage information and cookies used to operate the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfil your bookings and send confirmations and receipts.
• To calculate fares and provide the route/map features.
• To contact you about your booking and provide customer support.
• To keep records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted providers that help us deliver the Services, including:

• Payment gateways (e.g. Stripe / Fiuu) — to process payments.
• Google Maps Platform — for address autocomplete and route/distance calculation.
• Supabase — secure booking database.
• Email provider (Resend) — to send your confirmation and receipt.

These providers process data on our behalf and may store data outside Malaysia. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your data.

4. Data Retention

We retain booking and transaction records for as long as necessary to provide the Services and to meet legal, accounting and tax requirements, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent to its processing, by contacting us. Some requests may affect our ability to provide the Services.
